Common Issues
Login Problems
- Incorrect Password: Use the Reset Password link to get back into your account.
- Email Not Verified: If you haven't clicked the verification link in your signup email, some features may be restricted. Check your spam folder.
- Social Login Issues: If you signed up with Google or GitHub, ensure you are logged into that account in your browser.
Generation Failures
- Input Too Long: Some models have token limits. If your input is extremely long, try condensing it.
- Empty Output: If the AI returns an empty response, try regenerating or refreshing the page.
- Server Timeout: Occasionally, AI providers may experience high load. Wait 30 seconds and try again.
- Usage Limit Reached: Check your dashboard to see if you have exceeded your daily generation limit for your current plan.
Payment Issues
- Payment Declined: Ensure your card details are correct and your card supports international payments if you are outside the US.
- Subscription Not Updating: If you've just upgraded but don't see the new features, try logging out and back in to refresh your session.
- Checkout Loading Forever: Ensure you don't have an ad-blocker or browser extension that might be interfering with Stripe's checkout scripts.
