How do I change my password?

You can reset your password from the Login page by clicking "Forgot Password?" or update it within your Settings if you are already logged in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings and click Manage Billing. This will open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel your subscription with one click. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Discover, and Diners Club through our secure payment processor, Stripe.


Content Generation

How long does generation take?

Most content is generated within 3 to 10 seconds. Longer blog posts may take up to 20 seconds depending on the model and current server load.

What content types are supported?

Currently, we support Blog Posts, Social Media Posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), Email Newsletters, Subject Lines, Product Descriptions, Video Scripts, SEO Meta Tags, and Content Rewriting.

Can I regenerate content?

Yes! If you're not satisfied with the output, you can tweak your inputs and click Generate again. Each generation counts towards your daily limit.

Is my content private?

Yes. Your generated content is private to your account. We do not use your generated content to train our base models without your explicit permission.


Technical

What browsers are supported?

ContentJet works on all modern desktop and mobile browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Is there a mobile app?

We do not have a native mobile app yet, but the ContentJet website and dashboard are fully responsive and work perfectly on mobile browsers.

Do you have an API?

Yes, we have a developer API that allows you to integrate ContentJet into your own workflows. See the API Reference for details.
